Orders and pricing. Website prices are list prices in US dollars, before tax and delivery. An order is accepted only when we confirm it with you by phone, text or email. If the price, stock or delivery changes before then, we tell you and you can cancel at no charge.
Payment. Due on confirmation by card or ACH through our secure pay link, unless you have an approved credit account (Net 30). Past-due balances may hold future deliveries.
Delivery. Delivery dates are targets, not guarantees. Someone must be on site, or you must give us written drop instructions. Risk of loss passes on delivery. Inspect the material on delivery and note any shortage or damage on the ticket. Report hidden damage within 48 hours.
Custom and cut-to-length items (any non-stock length, custom flashing, color-matched, galvanized, shop-built and special-order items) are made for your job and are not returnable. Please check dimensions, gauges and colors before you order.
Returns of stock items: unopened and resalable, within 30 days, with a 20% restocking fee plus pickup freight.
Engineering. We supply material to the sizes you order. We don't provide structural engineering. Sizes from our AI helper or staff are suggestions only and must be checked against the engineered drawings.
Warranty. Products carry their manufacturers' warranties. Our liability is limited to replacing the material or refunding its price.
Taxes. NY sales tax is charged unless we have a valid exemption certificate on file.
